Frequently Asked Questions

1) Once I place my order, when will it order be ready?
We aim to have all orders ready the following day. Larger orders may take an additional day. If that is the case, that will be communicated to you as quickly as possible.

2) What is the process if I am picking up my order?
Once your order is prepared you will recieve a text message to advise that your order is ready for pick up. The address for pick up will be included along with the latest time we will be available for pick up.

3) Can I place an order as a gift and have it mailed to them?
ABSOLUTELY!  Just be sure to include the individual's name and mailing address in the shipping address field.  If you want to include a message for the recipient, you can include that as well. Place your note in the "notes or instuction" field and we will make sure to include it in the shipment.

4) Can I place an order now, but have it prepared for a later date.
Yes indeed you can. Just include the desired date in the "notes or instruction" field at check out.
